甘晓,博士,本科毕业于南京大学匡亚明学院理科强化部,后在美国宾州州立大学取得物理学专业博士学位。毕业后先后在美国东北大学和宾州州立大学担任博士后研究员,师从网络科学创始人Albert-László Barabási教授和Réka Albert教授,以及美国植物生物学家协会前主席Sarah M. Assmann教授 ,从事网络科学和生物医药的交叉学科研究,在PNAS等高水平期刊上发表过多篇论文,累计Google Scholar引用500余次。目前的研究方向为网络医药(Network medicine)理论,和生物信号转导网络建模(Modeling biological signal transduction network)。
