为深化人工智能领域中外高校合作和人员交流、落实“健康中国”战略，加快人工智能人才培养，助力教育科技人才一体化高质量发展，提升南京信息工程大学在医学人工智能领域的国际影响力、为校内外专家、师生建设一个高效、务实的国际合作与成果转化平台，助推学科建设、团队发展与科研水平提升。由南京信息工程大学主办，人工智能学院（未来技术学院）、智能医学图像计算江苏高校重点实验室、中欧医学人工智能研究院联合承办，葡萄牙新里斯本大学协办的国际医学人工智能会议暨人工智能暑期班将于2025年7月27日至30日在我校举行。

医学人工智能已成为全球科技竞争的核心赛道，正在疾病智能诊断、多模态影像分析、可穿戴健康监测及精准医疗等领域推动医疗生态系统的革命性变革。这一进程的加速，得益于计算机视觉、深度机器学习与大模型技术的突破性进展。为促进医工交叉创新与国际合作，本次研讨会将打造欧亚顶尖学术机构与产业领袖的高端对话平台，我们期待汇聚全球智慧，推动医学人工智能从技术创新到产业落地的跨越，为医疗健康行业的智能化未来提供核心驱动力。

本次会议主题是“智慧健康：人工智能驱动的医疗技术创新”。邀请了来自葡萄牙新里斯本大学、英国莱斯特大学、意大利罗马第二大学、英国诺丁汉大学马来西亚分校、日本大阪大学、韩国庆北大学的资深教授与专家，围绕医学人工智能核心技术与创新应用两大维度，探讨前沿计算机视觉、模式识别、大语言模型、大数据分析、医学人工智能等核心技术，以及可穿戴设备、多模态生理信号处理、医学数字孪生技术、人工智能优化临床路径、计算病理等创新应用领域。本次会议不仅聚焦医学人工智能的前沿研究与产业转化，推动学术研究与产业需求深度对接，还致力于培养下一代具备跨学科能力医学人工智能创新人才。特别设立了人工智能暑期班，课程内容涵盖医学人工智能核心技术基础与创新应用两大领域，为校内外本科生、研究生以及其他感兴趣的人员提供国际化学习平台。

To strengthen Sino-foreign collaborations and personnel exchanges in the field of artificial intelligence (AI), support the implementation of the "Healthy China" strategy, and accelerate the development of AI talent, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST) will host the International Conference on Medical Artificial Intelligence and AI Summer School from July 27 to 30, 2025. This event aims to promote the integrated development of education, technology, and talent, enhance NUIST’s international influence in medical AI, and establish a practical platform for global cooperation and the transformation of scientific and technological achievements. The conference will foster advancements in discipline development, team building, and research capabilities for faculty, students, and experts alike.

The event is organized by NUIST, with co-sponsorship from the School of Artificial Intelligence (Future Technology School), the Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Intelligent Medical Image Computing, and the Sino-European Institute for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine. We are also pleased to have the support of NOVA University of Lisbon (Portugal).

Medical AI has become a key focus of global technological competition, driving transformative changes in healthcare through intelligent disease diagnosis, multimodal imaging, wearable health monitoring, and precision medicine. Advances in computer vision, deep learning, and large-scale models power this progress. To promote interdisciplinary innovation and international collaboration between medicine and engineering, the conference will bring together academic leaders and industry experts from Europe and Asia. Our goal is to advance medical AI from technological innovation to real-world applications, contributing to the intelligent future of healthcare.

The conference theme, "Smart Health: AI-Driven Innovations in Medical Technology," will feature distinguished experts from NOVA University of Lisbon (Portugal), University of Leicester (UK), University of Rome Tor Vergata (Italy), University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus (UK), Osaka University (Japan), and Kyungpook National University (South Korea). Topics will include cutting-edge areas such as computer vision, pattern recognition, large language models, big data analytics, and innovative applications like wearable devices, multimodal physiological signal processing, medical digital twin technology, AI-optimized clinical pathways, and computational pathology.

In addition to discussing the latest research and industrial trends in medical AI, the conference will provide a platform to cultivate the next generation of interdisciplinary innovators. A special AI Summer School will offer courses on both foundational technologies and groundbreaking applications in medical AI. This will serve as an international learning hub for undergraduate and graduate students, as well as other participants from around the world.
