为深化人工智能领域中外高校合作和人员交流、落实“健康中国”战略，加快人工智能人才培养，助力教育科技人才一体化高质量发展，提升南京信息工程大学在医学人工智能领域的国际影响力、为校内外专家、师生建设一个高效、务实的国际合作与成果转化平台，助推学科建设、团队发展与科研水平提升。由南京信息工程大学主办，人工智能学院（未来技术学院）、智能医学图像计算江苏高校重点实验室、中欧医学人工智能研究院联合承办，葡萄牙新里斯本大学协办的国际医学人工智能会议暨人工智能暑期班将于2025年7月27日至30日在我校举行。

医学人工智能已成为全球科技竞争的核心赛道，正在疾病智能诊断、多模态影像分析、可穿戴健康监测及精准医疗等领域推动医疗生态系统的革命性变革。这一进程的加速，得益于计算机视觉、深度机器学习与大模型技术的突破性进展。为促进医工交叉创新与国际合作，本次研讨会将打造欧亚顶尖学术机构与产业领袖的高端对话平台，我们期待汇聚全球智慧，推动医学人工智能从技术创新到产业落地的跨越，为医疗健康行业的智能化未来提供核心驱动力。

本次会议主题是“智慧健康：人工智能驱动的医疗技术创新”。邀请了来自葡萄牙新里斯本大学、英国莱斯特大学、意大利罗马第二大学、英国诺丁汉大学马来西亚分校、日本大阪大学、韩国庆北大学的资深教授与专家，围绕医学人工智能核心技术与创新应用两大维度，探讨前沿计算机视觉、模式识别、大语言模型、大数据分析、医学人工智能等核心技术，以及可穿戴设备、多模态生理信号处理、医学数字孪生技术、人工智能优化临床路径、计算病理等创新应用领域。本次会议不仅聚焦医学人工智能的前沿研究与产业转化，推动学术研究与产业需求深度对接，还致力于培养下一代具备跨学科能力医学人工智能创新人才。特别设立了人工智能暑期班，课程内容涵盖医学人工智能核心技术基础与创新应用两大领域，为校内外本科生、研究生以及其他感兴趣的人员提供国际化学习平台。

To deepen the cooperation and personnel exchange between Chinese and foreign universities in the field of artificial intelligence, implement the "Healthy China" strategy, accelerate the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents, promote the integrated high-quality development of education and science and technology talents, enhance the international influence of our school in the field of medical artificial intelligence, build an efficient and pragmatic international cooperation and achievement transformation platform for experts, teachers and students inside and outside the school, and promote the construction of disciplines, team development and scientific research level. The International Symposium on AI in Medicine (AIM2025) and AI Summer School, hosted by Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST), co-organized by the School of Artificial Intelligence (School of Future Technology), the Jiangsu Key Laboratory of Intelligent Medical Image Computing (IMIC), and the Sino-European Institute of AI in Medicine (SEAM), and co-organized by the University of Lisbon, Portugal, will be held at NUIST from July 27 to 30, 2025.

Medical artificial intelligence has become the core track of global scientific and technological competition. It is promoting revolutionary changes in the medical ecosystem in the fields of intelligent disease diagnosis, multimodal image analysis, wearable health monitoring and precision medicine. The acceleration of this process is due to the breakthrough progress in computer vision, deep machine learning and large language model technology. To promote cross-innovation and international cooperation between medicine and engineering, this seminar will create a high-end dialogue platform for top academic institutions and industry leaders in Europe and Asia. We look forward to gathering global wisdom, promoting the leap from technological innovation to industrial implementation of medical artificial intelligence, and providing the core driving force for the intelligent future of the medical and health industry.

The theme of this conference is "Smart Health: Medical Technology Innovation Driven by Artificial Intelligence". Senior professors and experts from the University of Lisbon, Portugal, the University of Leicester, the University of Rome II, Italy, the University of Nottingham Malaysia, Osaka University, Japan, and Kyungpook National University in South Korea were invited to discuss cutting-edge computer vision, pattern recognition, large language models, big data analysis, medical artificial intelligence and other core technologies, as well as wearable devices, multimodal physiological signal processing, medical digital twin technology, artificial intelligence optimization of clinical pathways, computational pathology and other innovative application fields around the two dimensions of medical artificial intelligence core technology and creative application. This conference not only focuses on the cutting-edge research and industrial transformation of medical artificial intelligence, but also promotes the deep connection between academic research and industrial needs, and is committed to cultivating the next generation of innovative talents in medical artificial intelligence with interdisciplinary capabilities. A special summer course on artificial intelligence has been set up, with course content covering two major areas: the core technology foundation and innovative applications of medical artificial intelligence, providing an international learning platform for undergraduates, graduates and other interested people inside and outside the NUIST.
